5 weeks ps post op pics
Okies everyone, I've added my 5 week post op and I don't really think you can tell it but at 3 days post op I could wear a size 16 at 5 weeks post op I'm in a 4. Would I do it again...heck yes even with the trouble I had with my friend. I feel amazing and I get compliments all the time. I can see the changes in the definition in my tummy and butt areas as the weeks go by. So far I'm pleased a*****h. There were times at like 2-3 weeks out that I wasn't feeling so confident that I had done the right thing spending all that money on me. Now I feel it is soooooo worth it!!!

The system that is used in CA to choose applicants is a lottery. So, everyone who gets their app packet in on time and correctly appointed goes into the drawing. About 50 or so names are chosen for the two schools here in Sacramento. That's it for the semester. Grades don't mean anything outside of making sure that the minimum requirements for application are met...good grades don't give any advantage at all. The entire system is a crap shoot.
My deadline for application is Oct. 17. Then I suffer for up to 8 weeks before I receive notification of acceptance or denial. If I don't get drawn, I get to do it all over again in spring '09 for the fall '09 semester.
That's it in a nutshell. Have I said before how much I detest living in CA???

that is messed up Suz. So, do they make exceptions? If your name wasn't drawn for say 2 years you keep being put back in the lottery? About how many people apply? I can't believe they only accept 50 a semester. You would think they would hire another teacher??? hello.

Oh yeah, that's the best news...after 5 years....yes, I said 5, if you haven't been chosen by the computer already, you are automatically in! woohoo.
As for teachers...they can't get nurses that want to teach because they can make so much more money working as a nurse. Teachers make squat. And so, a person has to work their tail off to earn a Masters degree, only to make half of what a floor nurse can potentially earn? No thanks...I'll wipe butts or change dressings.
