Woooohoooooo I'm drain free!!!
Went to the doctors yesterday. One of my legs was more swollen then the other so he sent me to get an ultra sound on my legs. It came back negative thank God!!! I'm just deep into swell hell. He did remove the remaining 3 drains. It felt so nice taking a shower without them this morning. He said he usually doesn't like to remove them all but since they were each only putting out 2.5 cc's a day he felt he could remove them without any problems. I was so relieved I can tell you. I am still very swollen. That's to be expected as I am only 2 weeks out. I am just impatient to see what the end result will be...lol. I know I know it could be months to a year till that happens. It just owuld be so nice to be able to fit back into my jeans...lol. I'll have updated pics without the drains this weekend. Other then the swelling I'm doing really well. Oh I did have a stitch trying to work it's way out and Dr. K took care of that too.

Don't worry you'll fit into your clothes soon. It took me about 8 weeks I think. Oh those drains, I hated them. Hubby had to drain them too, yuck! Actually one of my drains came out on it's own. It was really weird. It was falling out, so I just kept pulling and it came out. Glad everything is going well and the swelling will go down soon. Take care.
