Good morning all my lovelies! It's Monday again! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Here are my stats: HW: 280's SW: 267 LW: 161.8 CW: 159 Down 1 pound and 8 ounces! Yeah, I am now nine pounds to my goal!

Good Monday Morning My January Lovelies! I just returned from a brisk 1/2 mile walk to the busstop for my first grader...it's a little chilly out for August. If I were really motivated I would have turned that 1/2 mile into several more...but there's always tomorrow, right? Surgery/high: 251.5 Last Monday: 141.2 Today: 139.8 ( huh???? the 130's...wth??) Loss/gain: -1.4 Okay, so somehow I have lost nearly 3 pounds in two weeks. I am not trying to lose so this is surprising. I guess now I have to decide if it's a good thing or a bad thing have lost this weight and if I want it to stay off. I suppose if you want to lose weight...log your food and keep it within those calorie limits...it works! Hmmm, decisions, decisions...what should I do? I've NEVER seen the 130's...well, not since jr. high school. Well, make it a great week my lovelies!! ~Suz

Way to go Laura and Suz!! You've done awesome. I am slowly losing the fluid gain but am still very very swollen. Thinkin about calling the doc and asking for more fluid pills. Here are my stats: HW 270 SW 255 LW 155 CW 151.2 A loss of 3.8 lbs. Still have 9 lbs to go to get to my before surgery weight of 142. Plus he removed 5lbs of skin so I calculat that I should weigh about 137. Anna

You all are doing so well- that's wonderful. I am still at 135- but know I will be down this week. That's my absolute highest that I want to go. I started with the protein shakes again this am- and that really seems to help- now if I can just get past my evening suck down of anything and everything I will have started my first day to recovery!!! Have a good one!!! 2 weeks til the triplets start school- I cannot wait!!!! Holly

Holly, that is when I have the toughest time. I can do so good all day and then at night it all flies out the window. I too am going to go back to protein shakes starting tomorrow to see if I can get rid of some of this swelling. It's really bad now that I've gone back to work. I'm only working 4 hours but I just get so swollen. Anna

Hello All! It is a good day! 18 months out and down 174 pounds from my highest. HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE?! I am steady as a rock at 153, although I saw 149 for about 2 minutes last week! lol! I am not interested in losing any more weight, so I am pleased a*****h staying put right where I am. My maintenance goal is 150-155, so doing well. Happy "Back to School" everyone!

Good Morning all!! I did not weigh on Sunday night and yesterday was my birthday so I forgot to get on here to post at all!! Sorry but here are my stats which are not so good...my internal medicine doctor told me not to take the water pills everyday so I stopped taking them and I weight shot up like a rocket....whoa is me... HW 327 SW 322 LW 163.2 CW 176 I don't know what is going on but this is very frustratining....

Happy Belated birthday Steph!!! That stinks about the water pills- they say lemon water is a natural diuretic- but I'm sure it won't compare to what you were taking... Holly

Hey everyone!! Here are my stats. I go up and down 3-4 lbs. Get scared when I hit the 4 lbs which I am today. YIKES!!! HW 238 SW 225 LW121 CW 124 Have a great week everyone!
