Update

Thank you Suz, I am so over the friend thing. Moving on to concentrating on getting better. I am now wearing my compression garment from makemeheal and it is amazing. 2 of my drains have gone down to about 20 cc's in a 24 hour period and one is at 50. I really believe by Thursday he will be able to remove all three. I am very excited about that. I will be working my way back into work next week just starting with a couple of hours. This weekend I am planning on just taking it easy and relaxing in my chair. I rented a lift chair and it has been a life saver. Anna

Hey - I'm glad that everything went well with your PS. Can't wait to see the pics. I wonder why I was in so much pain? Did you get your abdominal muscles tightened as well? I gained a lot, but it was just swelling. I'd say in 6 weeks I was back down to normal. WOOHOOO so happy for you!

Hi Janie, pics are posted. I don't know why you were in so much pain. I did have my muscles tightened too. I gained a lot with the swelling as well 13 lbs actually. I'm in swell hell right now. I can't wait to go see the doc again on Thursday I am hoping he takes the rest of the drains out. They are a huge pain. Anna

Hey Anna - pics of the PS? I don't see them. Now I'm wondering why I was in so much pain, I had to stay an xtra day at the hospital. Walking was horrible, just horrible. I'm glad it so well for you. Yes, I got pampered as well, isn't it great?

I don't know either, I guess each person is just different. Did you keep up on taking the pain meds and that is what the doc said to do to keep me from being in painl. Oh you can't see the pics because I don't have you as a friend Sending a request....weird that we have known each other for so long and we aren't on each others lists...lol. Anna
