Daily Calories?
I've been keeping track lately too... just out of curiousity, cause I felt like maybe my eating was out of control.. Im pretty much on track... it all depends on the day.
I've had as low as 1200 and up to 2200.... My protein varies from 50-80...
Carbs very from 50-120..
Ive been the same weight give or take 3-5lbs for the last 7 months.
It's working for me!!

Hiya, Belle...
I just recently began logging again. It certainly makes me feel better to know exactly what and how much I am eating...but it is tedious to be this far out and feel the need to keep on track this way. Though, after seeing the segment on the news (CNN?) about how people lose more weight and keep it off if they journal their daily food intake...how could I argue with results?
I generally try to keep under 1400 cals lately just to see what difference it makes (if any), but I seem to be able to regularly eat 1600+ without a gain. Of course, I can occasionally eat more a day here or there. But it really just sets me off because those extra calories are usually just nasty, devious carbs....then they won't leave me alone and I need to enter carb-rehab for a week or so to kick the habit. Anyway, I also go through days where I can't stop eating....literally! And, then that is usually followed by a week or so of lackluster hunger. So, I guess it all evens out in the end.
