Monday Morning Weigh-in's

I hope that you all had a wonderful weekend!
I wand to let you know that I went through all the posts that have been placed on this board since day 1. Oh wow did we have a lot of people in the begining. I wonder where every one ended up and how they are now! I read through a lot of my posts from before as well. I can safely say that my thoughts have changed about the success of this surgery and failing, however now I struggle with the constant fear of it all coming back.
I started exercising last week and watching what I'm eating too. I made it to the gym 5 times last week for cardio for an hour each visit, I have also did well with my food intake during that week, however with this weekend, actually yesterday moreso, I had a few things I should not have had. Peanut Butter M&M's and a couple of Oreo cookies. I had a soft serve dipped cone from dairy queen on Saturday and also a Dilly Bar later on too.
Well enough, this is a new week and a new start ....Here are my stats!

TODAY: 165 - DOWN 5 pounds.....

Laura, that is awesome for one week. Congrats!! That exercising and watching what you eat must really be paying off. Woooohoooo. I had a good weekend. Cleaned my sugar glider room and cages in prep for my ps this week. I will be having the USDA inspector coming to inspect my breeding area and business. I am excited to get that done. Anywho here is my stats.

Sounds like everyone so far is having a better week than last. I haven't been on in maybe a month, but life is pretty good.
Add me to the list of bad-choice makers. I have been boredom/stress grazing a lot this summer and it makes me soooo nervous. I do so well all day, then between 6-10 at night, I eat constantly! The only good thing is that my activity level has been so high chasing 4 little kids around, that I have actually lost a little instead of gained. I need to get it in control though, before it starts showing up!

congrats Laura, sounds like that 5 lbs came off quickly!! I too wonder where everyone has gone. I would love to see how everyone is doing and I think we are all great supporters for eachother and I know I need that to keep doing what I need to everyday in order to avoid gaining the weight back.
I'm worried about Steph, has anyone heard from her?
I'm still between 121-123, so I can't complain. I have a 5 lb window, so I'd like to stay between 120-125. Have a great week everyone!!!

Hi, Laura and everyone else still out there! Yesterday was crazy busy...it was my daughter Piper's first day of first grade. She was so excited and not the least bit nervous. I however, came home from getting her settled and promptly went back to bed....I think I am fighting something off. Also, all of the smoke and particulate matter in the air from all of the wild fires here is starting to affect my breathing quite a bit. I have been having a lot of headaches and gunked up lungs in the morning...not good. Anyway, the outlook is good for the fires and the sky is clearing of smoke.
So, here's the numbers:
Surgery/high: 251.5
Last Monday: 142.8
Today: drumroll please....................yep, you guessed it.............the same as always...........142.8!! Weird, that's all I can say. My body seems to really like this exact weight. I think I have found my set point for sure!
Keep on logging that food and make it a great week ladies, and you too, Rich if you're out there!

sorry you are still dealing w/ the smoke. That must be horrible for your lungs. How are the people w/ asthma and breathing issues coping?
I wish my kids started school so soon! LUCKY YOU! We are all ready for school to start I think. We have a bunch more to do though this Summer, so we better get a move on it. I think my dh wants us to try camping this summer. In a tent nonetheless. I am totally not into sleeping in tent on a hard ground for my vacation. lol!
Your weight is like mine. I am usually within a 2 lb window each week and if I go above that I freak. Then I'll drink a ton of water and pee the lb or two off. LOL, I know TMI. sorry!
The smoke is bad for anyone who has asthma or breathing issues...especially the elderly. But, it is getting better.
We love camping....IN A TENT!!!! That's the only way to go! If you do it any other way (campers?) then ya' may as well stay home or stay at a hotel. But, we do use air mattresses...we're not savages ;o)! I think you'll have a great time. I can't believe you've never been! We go to the coast at least twice a summer/fall. They talk me into going to the mountains about once a year (too many bugs, too much dirt, did I say too many bugs? I hate mosquitoes).
My weight is fairly steady...I really can't complain. I guess I still have this strange idea that it should be exactly.the.same.every.day. I don't like variance. And, yep....I can pee off a pound or two myself! That's why I only weigh after that's been taken care of.

Still really struggling here...my choices suck!!!
I'm up 11 pounds from my lowest so am currently 135, which makes my BMI 21.8- so not terrible- but I just want to make sure I don't go any higher.
I think I'll do better when the kids are back in school- but I can't wait that long - so here's to a better week...

Here are my stats...I have to admit that I have been too busy playing this online game that I love I just have not done anything else once I get on line! lol I have not even been checking my email...which is something I usually do every day at least 3 times! lol
