Monday Morning Weigh Ins
Good Morning Everyone!! Hope all is well with each of you. I am a little blue this morning......I broke up with my boyfriend of 10 months. And even though it was not a bad break up, it is still sad. We just realized that we have too many differences and are not really compatiable and our ways of thinking are soooo different. And if that was not enough, my weight is up ALOT and I have got to get things back on track. I did finally have my cycle start after not having one since January so I guess that is a good sign. I go and get my echocardigram in the morning and will let you guys know how that goes. Talk to you soon!

Hi Stephanie, I am up too honey! Way up....7 pounds up since last Monday. I should be getting my monthly friend, so I am wondering if that is what is happening. I have been on the Depo Shot for almost 8 years and am now off, so my cycle is trying to regulate itself. However, I have too, make some bad choices this week, but I am on going to get back on track. I made myself a promise that if I ever got back to 170 that would be the last draw, I am going to start counting calories and really watching what I am eating and contacting the YMCA about cardio classes. Where there is an instructor to tell me what to do. I will not get over 170...that is what I am telling myself. I am going to work hard as hell to get back down to 150...

Good Afternoon My January Lovelies!
Not much time again today...in fact I almost forgot that it was Monday . So, last week I had a crazy and sudden drop of a couple of pounds down to 140.9, then I had "gained" 6 (146??) back by Wednesday??? WTF? Now I am right back down to my normal weight. I don't know what's going on but I used this craziness as my impetus to start logging again. I feel so much more accountable and in control...it really is a simple way to keep ourselves honest!
Okay, on with the numbers:
Surgery/high: 251.5
Last Monday: 140.9 ()
Today: 142.8 (my body loooovvvvveeessss this exact weight)
So, there you have it....and I'm off to do what? Study, of course !!! But not before I say that I am so sorry that things didn't work out for you and your beau, Stephanie. The right one can be elusive, but I'm sure that the man for you is probably right under your nose.

Lets go Stephanie!!!!!!!! I made my way to the gym today and exercised for an hour. 45 minutes of Cardio and 15 minutes of Pilaties? Not sure how you spell that. It's as difficult to spell as it is to do! I met the majority of my water intake and have been good with the food intake! We are on a roll!
Hey Steph - I'm sorry to hear about you and your ex breaking up. I know it's hard to say goodbye to someone that you care about. I'm glad it wasn't a bad breakup, those are the worst. Things do happen for a reason though, you know that God has a plan for you right? He wants to see you happy, and there is someone out there that he has hand chosen just for you.
I hear you on the weight. I gained in a matter of 3 days 4 lbs. Even though I know the reason why, it's still a shocker each month. Yesterday I lost 2 of those lbs and then today 1 more. but still. It's a little scary as to how easy it is to gain. I know our cycle has a lot to do with our ups and down in weight though. Keep track, I have been and it's not unusual for me to gain weight (up to 4 lbs) about 10 days befor my cycle. Hang in there, you know you can do this!! You are doing and looking wonderful by the way.
