Monday Morning Weigh-Ins
Good morning all! I hope that you all had a wonderful holiday weekend! It's back to business!
I wanted to post my morning weigh in.....up a bit from last week, however being the holiday weekend, I will try not to be so hard on myself!
HW: 280's
Pre-OP: 267
LW: 163.something
CW: 166.4
Up...about 3 pounds....Will work on that this week. 16 pounds to goal. I can do it. Not that far away!!!!

Hello all-
Haven't been on in a while.
My weight situation has been kind of crazy. I don't mean to complain but I'm actually still losing weight (and I don't want to!).
I had leveled off for a good long while and I thought that was it so I bought some new clothes and then I dropped some more weight.
I just went away for the holiday weekend, and didn't work out, and sure enough I lost more weight!
Please don't hate me for complaining about this! I just want to be one size more than anything and I just cannot afford to buy clothes in a million different sizes.
I was thrilled to be size ten and now I'm a 6-8.
Current weight is 137.5 - but I had been between 140-143 for the past few months.
Did anyone else think they were done losing, stabilized at a normal weight and then lost more? I'm actually getting a bit worried. I don't see my surgeon until mid-August, but I was thinking of trying to get an appt earlier.
Any answers/comments/suggestions would be appreciated.

My goal window was 130-135 for awhile and then I moved it down to 125-130. It just happened after awhile of being the same. If I consciously eat more it goes right back up to the higher window.
I have also said for awhile that when I don't exercise I lose weight. Not sure if it's the muscle/fat weight thing or that exercise stimulates my appetite more or what. When my parents and loved ones think I'm getting too thin they don't like to hear that I'm going to the gym more- but in my reality- I'm going more to keep my muscle and weight up.
I really don't have your issues though- cuz I'm a stay at home mom and I have extremely casual clothes that are replaced easily so usually I welcome any loss- regardless of size!!!

Beth - I lost fairly quickly last summer and spent too much $$$ on clothes. I can't wear anything this summer that I wore last. I think my weight is pretty stable right now and my body won't let me go below 120. That's good for me. I don't know what I would do if I kept losing. Take that up w/ your surgeon or your NUT, maybe a simple change of diet would do the trick. Good luck to you,

**Updates on Me**
I just got off the phone with my internal medicine doctor and was told I have gall stones...I have not had any symptoms or anything but she said I got them. I had a CT scan of my abd and pelvis trying to see if they could figure out why my leg keeps swelling..no answer for that but they found gallstones and she was reviewing one of my other xrays from another doctor and said I have a mildly enlarged heart so she wants me to do another echo stress cardiogram...dang. This is about to freak me out. And she wants to do more blood work and check my prealbumin levels which have been low the entire time since I had my surgery. I will keep you ladies posted.

I had my gallbladder out while I was pregnant with the triplets- it was done lap and it was a very easy thing to have done. I hope if you do have yours out it goes as well as mine did.
The heart and albumin levels are yucky -sounding.
