Are you using real eggs, egg whites or egg substitutes? What kind of oil are you using? Thanks- Holly

Hi Holly - I use - real eggs and olive oil or canola oil. i even use real butter. I figure I don't eat that much so normal amounts of fat are ok. Real fats also keep my hair and skin looking good. Marta

Yup I use the same as Marta. I use real eggs and usually margerine. Sometimes real butter but that is rare. Anna

Real whole eggs, real butter, and canola and olive oils probably 95% of the time. Though, I occasionally use Smart Balance Spread (it's the husband's...tastes pretty good) or I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray. ~Suz

I use both real eggs and egg substitutes..usually the real eggs for thing like egg salad but subsitutes in recipes and omeletts and such. Oils when I use them I use canola and olive oil mostly. Dont cook much with butter. Actually...I just don't cook much at all....

Thanks everyone- I eat a lot of eggs and I always see the substitutes used in the recipes and wondered what everyone else was doing. I still use regular eggs. I also use canola oil mostly- occasionally olive. It's hard to keep track of which oil is being promoted as the one that's best for us now- it seems like it changes so much. Thanks- Holly
