Holly - I hear ya, even after my PS, I look in the mirror and I know I don't look heavy like I was before WLS, not even close, but I feel chubby. Is that how you feel? Even after my tummy tuck and breast lift, I'm still not happy like I know I should be. I'm so critical of myself. Now I want my arms done and a butt lift. LOL!!
Congrats on being 1/2 the person you used to be. NOW STOP LOSING!!! You're BMI is on the low side! But how awesome do you feel?
I wonder if having busy triplets is what keeps the weight coming off? lol!

Ok, so I thought about this...I am coming off of the Depo Provera shot after almost 8 years and have had my period for the last month and a half, heavy...not just a light one. I am wondering if this weight that is crazy up and down..is related to this. Please my last apt with the surgeon, he said I had a huge Vitamin D issue. I was 16 and it was supposed to be 30. I am now on pills for that as well. With the Vitamin D issue, and not being super obese, I was told that I needed to change birth control because the Depo is a pre-curser to Osteopenia with causes osteoporosis! I don't want broken bones every where!
Laura, 100 lbs is awesome. You should be very proud of yourself. And the one lb difference from last week? My weight goes up and down 2-3 lbs a weeks, so please don't be concerned about that.
Hopefully when you get your vitamin d level up and swith birth control pills, that will kick your body into gear. But still, YOU HAVE LOST 100 LBS!!!
I absolutely think that the Depo could have something to do with your weight...any flux in hormones can have various effects throughout the body. As for the Vit D....get a little extra sunlight, too. Sunlight helps your body to produce Vit D.

Stephanie, wooooohoooooo a 2# loss in a week is so awesome!!! Keep up the hard work. I'm at a .2 gain but that's okay will still work on it. I've upped my protein this week so maybe that will help. Preparing for my ps next month. I am so excited to finally be at the last leg of my journey. Anyway here are my stats.

I'm hoping to see the drop this next week as I am doing my version of the 5 day pouch test again and that's what I had to do to get to a normal BMI last time. Stupid conference food was amazingly tasty and I ate way too much.
