Monday Morning Weigh Ins
Good Morning Everyone!
It is a beautiful day with the sun shining but I am looking at it through the windows in and air conditioned room...the temp already reads 96 and it is only 10:30 in the morning.
I haven't weighed in lately. I got a little scale driven and put it away just making sure I ate following the rules. I last weighed in almost a month ago so I am going to use the LM abbreviation instead of the LW abbreviation. I am not sure if I am going to weigh in weekly or not. I don't ever want to gain more than a few pounds before I address the issue, and I probably could do a lot of damage in a one month time, but I think I do better if I stay away from the scale. I will figure it out.

I lost 5 pounds this month and have lost a total of 161 pounds.

No, I wish that 5 pounds a month was normal for me but my weight has been stuck for months while I lost 3 dress sizes. I was worried that my weight had stabilized but now I am hopeful that I will get to my goal.
I have been sticking with 3 meals a day plus a protein shake. I quit snacking for the most part--occassionally. I am trying to find the place where I am satisfied but just and not eating more than that. I am actually eating more real food and less sugar free diet type food.
I am pretty excited.
