Still in my window. The Y is really helping me. I think working out is the key to my maintenance. I'm averaging 4-5 days a week. I alternate weights and classes. It's so funny for me to be there- things have changed so much since my old workout days- all the machines have a weight loss range and it's totally not where I thought it would be- I don't have to work nearly as hard. Apparently what I remember working for is not considered the cardio range and not the weight loss range- it's even hard to stay in the weight loss range. Funny how times change.

Hey Holly, glad to hear that the workouts are really helping. Seems like they may have my headaches under control so as soon as I get back from MI I'll be hitting the gym again. Yay!! I love working out and may try some classes to break it up some.

Good Monday Morning My January Lovelies! Just maintaining here...nothing earth-shattering to report. I did get up to 146 this week...on Saturday I think? Too much chocolate and wine...but, it's off now. whew! This surgery makes mistakes so much easier and quicker to correct .
Surgery/high: 251.5
Last Monday: ~144...it kept moving all day, so I just picked the middle weight
Today: 143.8...my body seems to like this exact weight. Set point, perhaps?
I am so relieved to report that I got into my last class needed before I can apply to the nursing program. I will cram Psychology over 8 weeks this summer, beginning Monday...should be an adventure.

Still maintaining in iowa... I was 143lbs today... I flex from 139lbs- 145lbs... seems like If I work the night before I weigh more in the mornings...

Hey everyone -sorry I'm late this week. I've been having computer problems.Still maintaining here @ 199-122. I'll let 125 be my window, so I don't want to go higher than that. I have loose skin on my arm. Do you all notice that this years short sleeve shirts aren't like they used to be? The tshirts arms are between short sleeves and tank tops. I hate to show so much of my arms. Does anyone else have this problem?
