Monday Morning Weigh Ins
I am doing really good with exercise but it could always be better, Anna. I walk as much as possible, bike, kayak, or whatever but I do an intensive weight/cardio workout 3 times a week. I am really seeing the results in that after months of doing it. That is why I weigh more than when I got married but am 4-5 sizes smaller. The exercise makes the difference.
