Thanks so much for your well wishes and prayers. Yesterday we signed her up with hospice. It was such a hard decision, but we had a good meeting w/ hospice and it's the best way to go, her body wants to die and we are artificially keeping her alive w/ feeding tubes and respirators. They will keep her comfortable until she does pass, which makes me feel good. I don't want her in any pain. Thanks again.
I'm sorry everyone is so struggling. Me too. Not sure how this happened but yesterday morning I weighed 144 and this am I amat 141.3. Hope you all don't mind but I'm going to take todays weight for this week...lol. Course I will most likey be up next week. I hope not, I am starting the 5 day pouch test today.

I am really monitoring what I eat. I think that I have let too many cheeses and sour cream calories into the pic. I would add those to almost everything since I battle to get enough protein. So I am doing plain protein, staying away from carbs and supplementing with a protein shake instead of a fatty protein. I am writing down what I eat too.
This is not permanent.

Hey Everyone... Just maintaining here at 142lbs... Trying to lift weights to tone up a little before the summer.
The best compliment I ever get is "wow you dont look like a Gastric Bypass patient"... I love it when people say that. They think Ive lost weight on my own.
Janie... I will pray for you and your family in this trying time.
Everyone else... Cravings are normal... If your grazing, Graze on Nuts, Beef jerky, cheese, fruit, Im constantly eating cheese and crackers or fruit. I try and graze on the good stuff.
I dont dump anymore...But i never really did. Lots of sugar makes me feel yucky!
Good luck girls... Keep focused and DONT GIVE UP!!!
