I tried hard but just didn't get it done. I am carrying a lot of water weight this am for some reason. I expect I will accomplish my goal this week sometime. Come on 139..lol.

So I am up .4 but that's not too terribly bad. I'm blaming it on the water weight...lol.

Good Monday Morning My January Lovelies! I was so busy this morning that I nearly forgot to post...also, there isn't anything exciting happening with my weight anymore , so it's so easy to forget to post these days. But, here I am in all of my glory .
Surgery/high: 251.5
Last Monday: 142.2
Today: 142.2 ...Wowee...how did that happen? Exactly the same. Guess this is called maintaining?

Hey Girlies.. Just maintaining here at 142lbs.. Have no idea how ive been doing it... seems like I eat constantly and I havent worked out like I should be.
Bought my first swimsuit this weekend... That was a chore! LOL My 20year old daughter helped me pick it out.. Its actually a two piece, but the top covers my whole tummy area. My bottoms is more like a skort... Im anxious to actually wear it now.
Size 8...... the last swimsuit I bought was a size 24-26... WOW what a difference.
Janie... So sorry your having troubles with your TT... I pray all the infection goes away.

I'm serious... I feel like Im eating ALOT and OFTEN.... My hubby says i dont eat alot, but I sure do eat all the time.... I snack alot. I cant sit and eat a big meal. But Im always snacking. I havent gotten back into exercising cause of my new job change and all. I will once I get my set hours back. But I always get on the scale and think "oh gosh, I know Ive gained" and I havent. Will it catch up with us though? That's the scary part to think about... OR is our metabolism finally on the high end?
Just a thought. Am I the only one?
I'm probably a lot like you...I can't eat a lot a one sitting so I have to stretch it out over the course of the day. My husband gets on me all the time about not eating enough, too...but I get in plenty of calories, believe me! He just isn't used to me not eating several dinner plates full of food at each meal...so what I eat now seems like nothing. It really is a "real" serving size, though.
I get on the scale sure that I have gained, too...it almost never says anything significant. I did have my first "I gained it all back" dream last night...perhaps I am obsessing about my weight again? I know that I move enough (even without proper exercise) and eat enough to maintain my weight...maybe our metabolism is on the upside now. Wouldn't that be great?!

Maybe you do need to eat more or change up what your eating? I actually have started to eat very small amounts of rice, pasta and every so often 1/4 of a bagel and I'm amazed at the fact that I dropped more weight. It is mind boggling. I thought that I was done at 160 and was happy to try and maintain there, but I keep going lower, now down to 155. It is slow, but it still keeps moving down.
I personally think it is all a guessing game, cause our bodies like to do what it wants to do without consulting us.
Your doing great and I'm sure it will start to move again soon.
