I am determined.....
Okay I am determined to get below 140 and break into the 130's by Monday. That is my goal. I have really been watching what I eat and drinking more protein. Drinking more water and so on. Keeping all my crossables crossed. I am 5lbs away from the docs new goal and I really want to get down there. I am also adding a day of workouts to my regimine(sp). Wish me luck guys. I know I can do it!!!
