Monday Morning Weigh Ins
Well, I am back into the lower land.
Current weight 114.4. I am not going to stress, just finished cycle and still having tummy issues. I guess I am not eating as much as I need to. My cycle also came 2 weeks earlier and it is just dragging along and will not leave me alone.

I was 141lbs this morning.. Been there for a couple days!

Found out some tummy/back trouble Ive been having.... They think its a damaged nerve in my GALLBLADDER scar... I***** I had gallbladder surgery, then I had a leak about 10 days after that.. then if you remember last Nov. I had a gallstone stuck in my bile duct? Well they think since the same scar was gone into 3x's its caused nerve damage and it radiates to my back. I go see a anesthesiologist pain specialist on Thursday morning. So we'll see!!

Thanks Holly!! I was there forever too! I hit 169 when I weighed in on Jan 13 and it is now now almost March 13...but slow and steady wins the race! I think my body is fighting to hold around 160 too...but I want to get to 140 and say that I at least saw my goal! lol I want to have a normal bmi and that is the goal I am striving for.
Good evening ladies- I just remembered it's monday...
crazy day here and the week doesn;t look much better...
but post-period I am back in my window at 129.... I am just so wierded out by how much I fluctate during the month- I think I need to drink more fluid.
I would really like to drop a few more pounds-but don't think I'm capable of doing that. The munchy monster seldom leaves my side and I really miss that post-surgery lack of hunger. Oh to live that way always!!!
I try the 5 day pouch test and I never make it a full day- I know pathetic. But even the days I do start that way I feel better and I tend to make better choices... so it still seems to benefit me.
I have been lax about exercise lately- that should be my goal this week.

Thanks Anna!! U Can do it!! We all get off track and have to find our way back...the good news is that we recognize the need....in the past we didnt and never did anything about it. Now we see it and take action to get back on track and that makes the biggest difference! We are here for you! ((HUGS))
