Not under 160 pounds but inching towards it and closer towards my goal!! I now have less than 25 pound to goal! HW 327 SW 322 LW 162.4 CW 162.2 And I am down 0.2 pounds.....See you next week! Also, I started the 5 day pouch test today and so far so good...I used the ham and split pea soup recipe from the website for days 1 and 2 so its not really all liquids (the recipe was pretty good too). But anyway.....We will see how it goes.

Well, I'm back down to 157, but determined to get in the 140's very soon. I wonder if my body is just so shocked to be at this weight (that is has never seen before) that it is holding on. I walked everyday but one this past week, except Friday. SW: 247 LW: 159 CW: 157 Down 2 pounds, total lost 90 pounds. Want to hit 100 desperately so I'm working hard! Steph you are doing great as always. Okay I'll bite...hehe what's the 5 day pouch test? I finally seem to have gotten past 145 and have been below it for 2 weeks so yay. HW 270 SW 250 LW 144.7 CW 143 I really feel like I accomplished something this week...finally. I'm down 1.7 lbs now lets see if I can get below that and stay below it. OH while I'm at it...last night we went out to dinner with hubby's mom and dad and pop asked so what do you way now and I was like 143 and they couldn't believe it. Pop was like are you sure, I was thinking 130. In my head I was jumping for joy...lol. Anna

Anna, That's awesome that he thought you were 130. It is so fun to hear other people's perception of us. The other day I tried on a pair of jeans in Chico's and when I came out the sales clerk, said "you are a tiny thing". I busted up laughing. The word tiny and I have never been associated before. I think she said that because of my lack of bootie!

Steph!! You're almost below 160!! Good luck with the 5 day pouch test. Is this to see how much your pouch can hold or to get back to the basics? I'm the same as last week. I'm watching the scale daily to make sure I don't gain. It's so cool to be able to eat foods that I enjoy and most of the time are healthy and not gain. It's so cool to go to a restaurant and only eat a portion of my food instead of scarfing the whole plate and then nibbling off of dh's! It's so cool to go to McD's and order a girlled chicken wrap (chipotle style!) and be full and proud of myself that I didn't order the big mac, large fry and diet coke! What an amazing surgery! Hi Janie: Its to help get back to basics....I was getting way to slack in my eating habits and need to refocus so I can get out of the 160s soon!! lol Our tools are amazing aren't they? Especially when we let them work instead of trying to work around them!! I had been grazing a lot and I know that is part of the reason I have been stuck in the same place for what seems like forever.....but anyway...I am working on getting back on track and to start practicing mindful eating again. Hi everyone- Steph and Marilyn- you guys are doing awesome!!! I unfortunately am out of my 5 pound window- so am trying the pouch test again to get back on track. I was horrible this week with food and exercise...not sure what is going on... HW 250 Lowest W 126 TW 130.8 I also think I've shrunk. They measured me twice before surgery and said I was 5' 6". I went to another Dr recently and they said 5' 5". That would totally change my BMI. It might explain why at my 20.3 BMI I still didn't look as thin as a lot of you guys- cuz I may not have been at that actual BMI!!! See you next week if not before... Holly
