Thought I'd list a few of my current favorite things... not the best for you but totally help me when I'm craving things I shouldn't- so I guess better substitutions... 1- Ka****LC crunchy pumpkin spice flax granola bars- aewesome- BUT 180 calories for 2 bars- so either needs to be a meal replacement or you're one of those special individuals that can eat half a pack now and the other half later... fat-6, carb-26, protein-6 They do make some other flavors- but they are the chewy ones and I don't like those as well- always have an artificial taste to me... 2- Alpine spiced cidar packets SF- add ho****er 15 cal, 4 carbs I add a cinammon stick to make me feel special- helps get my fluids in... 3- When you HAVE to have cake... Betty Crocker Warm Delights Minis choc molten... 150 cal per bowl- add 1T and 1t of water stir- 30 seconds in microwave and there's your craving gone- 150 cal, 4.5 fat, 25 carbs comes in a rasp and carmel flavor too 4- Special K Bliss Raspberry 90 cal, 2 fat, 17 carbs... now I'm a choc rasp fan and these ROCK!!!- comes in orange too which sounds gross to me... FYI... Brit

I LOVE those Kashi bars! They are my fave! And, I am one of those that can eat only one bar and come back to the second later! Then again, I am trying to gain some weight back, so I squeeze in the second one at the first feeding when I can. We use that Alpine mix, too...but what I am really addicted to is Oregon Chai, Sf mix....yummy! I can't get enough...but it's not calorie free so I try to cut into the amounts I drink by using Celestial Seasonings chai tea bags for some of my cups of tea each day, which are calorie free even with Splenda added. I do add soy to all of them though, so some calories there...but it adds some good protein. Other than that, a square or two of bittersweet chocolate is on my menu every day. It keeps me sane . ~Suz

I'll have to check out those Kashi bars. I was just complaining today that I am in a major food rut right now. My "old faithful" cravings have lost their appeal and I find that I am hungry all the time, but cannot think of anything that sounds appealing. I end up eating something good for me, but then don't feel satisfied!
