Where are the directions for 5 day pouch test?

Is day one just lo-carb protein shakes and broth? How much can you have and how do I know if my shake is low carb- is there a number I should be under? Thanks- Holly

Holly Here is the link to day one info http://www.5daypouchtest.com/plan/days1_2.html I believe you can have as much as you want of the things that are listed for day one: low-carb protein shakes, broth, clear or cream soups, sugar-free gelatin and pudding. I'm not sure what the carb limit would be. Her recipies have between 11 - 14 carbs per serving. I just use the shakes that I have always used. Good luck. I did it once before and it does help you to re-gain your ability to be full on less and feel like your old pouch again. I am planning on starting again on Sunday.
