I believe you can have as much as you want of the things that are listed for day one: low-carb protein shakes, broth, clear or cream soups, sugar-free gelatin and pudding. I'm not sure what the carb limit would be. Her recipies have between 11 - 14 carbs per serving. I just use the shakes that I have always used.
Good luck. I did it once before and it does help you to re-gain your ability to be full on less and feel like your old pouch again. I am planning on starting again on Sunday.
