Are we still doing Monday Morning Weigh In?
I am also guilty of not posting here very often since I have reached a comfortable weight, but I do still read it. The big thing for me is it is usually Tuesday before I get to it and is seems too late to post then!

Goal is 164, but TT in March should take care of that and then some! I would like to settle around 160, but cannot get worked up about it. I am still on a "new boob" high from the lift, so I feel pretty dang good about myself!
GOALS: I need to work out at least 3 times a week and I need to cut WAY down on the carbs. I have been eating sandwiches again... with 2 slices of bread (no crust). That is a new thing for me. I have never eaten an whole sandwich since surgery. A little worrisome... I also ate a piece of pizza and ate the whole crust. OH! And I have been having cereal with milk. I am tollerating too many yummy carbs that I have not tollerated since surgery. Hmmm... Makes me nervous. I guess this is another good reason to keep weighing in and posting every week!
Hello-
I read your post about eating carbs... Keep track of it on fitday... try and stay under a 100gm a day... (this coming from a personal trainer, I talked with) You need carbs for energy.
I have eaten cereal since almost day one... every morning. I have fiber one cereal, with milk.
Also when it comes to pizza.. I usually eat the whole thing, if its thin crust. I cant eat thick crust or pan pizzas. But usually thin crust I can eat 1-2 slices. I still cant tolerate bread tho, unless its toasted.
I would say dont worry about it, its not like before and it will never be.
Somedays I feel like I eat so much... but when I really look at it, Im not.
The mind plays evil tricks on us.
Keep focused your doing GREAT!!!
Stacey
Thanks, Stacey. I think I probably do exceed the 100 grams. My RD suggested I go to Fitday once a week and track the day just to get a picture of where I am at, so I think you make a good point about getting back on the food journaling. I never could eat cereal with mil****il recently, or an entire sandwhich. It just alarmed me that perhaps I have really stretched my pouch out! You are right though, it will NEVER be like before!
Thanks again!

Hey all!
Sounds like we are all testing the waters a little bit. Scary huh? As long as we remember everything in moderation! Yesterday was the first time I ate a sandwich as well (well we had subs for the Super Bowl Party) and they were cut into bitesize sandwiches, and I ate one! It's scary and I will be monitoring my weight very closely. I think that's why I was able to lose at a decent pace, I stayed away from carbs like they were the enemy. SO, we'll see.
Hope Stephanie is having the time of her life there!!!
Nothng new for me

Today same!!
Have a good week everyone!!!
Bel and Janie, yup testing the waters is right but you got it Janie moderation is the key and to of course monitor our weight. Bel, wow you are going to look so awesome girl. Pics please when you are done. I am hoping to do the LBL and a BL but we'll see. I am having a hard time finding anyone in my area that will even submit to insurance. I have good insurance and if I can get them to pay for some I'm going to.

Hey Beth:
I was out cruising the Bahamas on this Monday but I plan to continue this weekly post and glad we still have some interest. I think this year will be a bigger challenge for us all and this post will be helpful to me. Thanks for picking up the slack in my abscence!
