MONDAY MORNING WEIGH-INS

Good morning- afternoon!!! HW 250 SW 241 LW 128 TW bouncing between 126-128 Well- that's it I guess. My mom and my therapist were the only 2 people left telling me that I looked good. Went shopping with my mom and she saw me with my shirt off and went "OMG you are too thin". It's really wierd- with clothes on I look totally average- but when I take my shirt off I guess I look bony- maybe I have big bones- I don't know... but my mom is my last reality check- I'm done losing. On that note- is anyone surprised at the amount we are able to eat to maintain- I am eating a LOT!!!! I need to total my calories- but I will be shocked if I'm not over 2000- but I do exercise- so maybe that's it... Anyone else find that when you stop lifting weights you lose pounds? I know that's a bad loss because it's probly all muscle- so I need to keep up better with my weights. Have a good one- Holly

hmmm I don't know if that's the case for me, over the Holiday's I ate a lot of snacky foods (cheese, crackers, dips, sausage) and I gained 3 lbs I think. I do know that I can eat chinese once a week and not gain though, so that makes me excited!! Well, shoot if it doesn't make you gain and you're making semi good choices, I say go for it. I'd just weigh daily to make sure the weight doesn't start creeping up and keep my water intake the same and continue on your meds. Congrats to you for meeting goal!!!! Did you ever really think you would? I didn't (not you, I mean me!) Wow, your total opposite of me, when I look in the mirror with clothes I think not bad ( I look thinner than I do naked) but when I look in the mirror w/o the clothes, well let's just say the words coming out of my mouth aren't even close to "not bad!" I look much heavier naked due to my stomach. I do look boney in my neck and shoulder area though. Too bad we couldn't pinpoint where we want to and don't want to lose the weight. Oh, when I got down to 120 lbs I felt like I looked unhealthy, so I know what you mean. There's a point where you have to stop. I think I look better @ 123.

Hey everyone! I guess I'm at the maintaining stage, which is a great feeling. I'm hoping to have my TT in March and I can not wait!! Here are my numbers: HW 238 SW 229 LW 122-123 CW SAME! Have a great week ladies!
