Janie, I think what you are going through is common. At least from the few people I have discussed my "issues" with, it's pretty normal to go through what you are mentally. In fact, I posted a blog a few days ago about something similar going on with me. I feel fine, but somehow I don't see what everyone else does, and feel like it's ok to lose more even though I'm already below goal. You can probably relate.

Hello ladies! Here are my stats .. I actually had gained 5 pounds so I down 2 this week. I had my surgiversary last week and it was a bitter sweet day for me, I am disappointed in myself for gaining the 5 pounds and not making my personal goal by one year (135 pounds). I have been really making a huge effort to lose and the weight is just not coming off, I have not had a loss in over 2 months .. I gained. I had to work super hard this week just to get the 2 pounds off. I feel defeated! Anyways enough of my complaints... Have a great week! HW 264 SW 264 LW 149 CW 147

Great week Stephanie! I am still doing exactly what I am supposed to be doing. I am not snacking and am getting my water and protein in, but the scale is not moving at all. I am still at 212 having lost 155 pounds. I know it has to move eventually. I am hoping to get a bit closer to my goal before my surgiversary at the end of the month. I still need to lose 37 pounds to meet my doctors final goal for me. It seems close on some days and so far away on other days. It is funny how my head has changed though that I think of 37 pounds as a lot. Compared to the huge numbers I am used to dealing with in the dark past, 37 should sound simple but it is sounding pretty huge right now. Once I get to goal, I know that 5 pounds is going to sound like a lot and that will be a good thing since I plan on it being my buffer. Hugs, Katy

Oh man, Stacey...that is just an awful way to lose 6 pounds. I hope that they get to the bottom of your pain and get it fixed once and for all. In the meantime, be good to yourself and take care. And of course keep us posted!!

Oh man Stacey, that stinks. Is it something RNY related? Gosh, I hope you don't need surgery. I'll keep you in my prayers. 6 lbs is great, but I'm sure it's not so great how you lost it. what is your goal? How tall are you? Keep us posted and we'll be thinking of ya. ***HUGS****
