Monday Morning Weigh Ins
Good morning, Stephanie...could it be just us today?? What a great week you had!! Almost 4 pounds lost is wonderful...and here I am trying to gain :o(...not fun. Here's my numbers:
Surgery/high: 251.5
Last Monday: 141.6
Today: 142.0
Loss/gain: + 0.4 pounds
I am trying to gain back to 145 or 150, so this gain is good. But, my crazy mind freaks out every time I gain. Ugh!!! I can't seem to win! Have a great day, Stephanie and January Lovelies!

I totally understand with freaking out with seeing the scale go back up- even though it's what is healthy for you. That's why I've got my 5 pound window and anything outside of that I just will not allow. I haven't had to gain yet- I'm still totally normal- so I probly only kind of understand what you're going through. If I dropped another 10 pounds I might be in your situation- but still it sounds like it would be scary- even though it's what's best. I still have a round face and don't look drawn like some RNY patients can when they lose too much- I think I'm probly right where I should be...

I've upped my potassium and fluids due to these extreme leg cramps/ spasms- anybody having these?
Also I remember somebody posting about their tailbone hurting- was it Anna? I know I never injured it but some things hurt to sit on for awhile- like my car and the chair at my computer- is it less padding?
We're having a snowstorm right now- I think I'll count shoveling as my exercise today. For those who are maintaining are you cutting back on some of your exercise?

Hey ladies!
I haven't checked in for a while so I thought I better. Still holding at 168. I really don't want to go much lower. 164 was my goal, but I am getting a little boney, plus the TT will probably take 4-6 pounds off. I have got a huge frame, so I just don't know. My surgeon said 155 at the beginning, but I cannot imagine losing almost 15 more pounds. What I REALLY need to work on building muscle tone, especially my arms and butt!
Steph, that is AWESOME to have a 4 pound loss this late in the game. FAB-U-LOUS!

Wow, you amaze me!! How did you lose 4 lbs so late out? WOW! What's your goal? I forget how tall you are! You look great!!! Tell us your secret!!!!!
I've managed to put on 2-3 lbs since Christmas and can't stop worrying about it. Though, people have told me I shouldn't get back down to 120,that 123 looks better. Can you really see a 3 lb gain or loss though? lol!
My mind still wants to wake up and see that scale go down and I get dissapointed when it doesn't, but I know deep down that I should stay where I am. Once I get that TT hopefully all will be well! I can't wait to stop feeling heavy. I know it sounds weird, I feel great on one hand, but on another I feel like I'm scamming everyone and I'm really still fat. Anyone else going through this?
