Monday Morning Weigh Ins
You look terrific Lori!
I will keep the house sale in my prayers! Keep us posted.
I actually found a house that I will be making an offer on within the next 24 hours or so. It is an investment. I am not planning on moving.
This week I stayed the same on weight. Sigh.
I am down 155 pounds. I have another 40 to go to get to my doc's goal weight of 175.
I am a little bummed that I am exercising like mad and the scale isn't moving. Grrr.
Hugs,
Katy
Hi Stephanie and my fellow January buddies -
Well - i survived knee surgery. I have to say it was more painful than the WLS. I was actually driven to tears one night. . I'm finally up and around and back to work, it's painful but doable. The doctor said I had 2 tears and the knee of a 80 year old man ( mind you I'm only 41), i had stage 4 arthritis ( stage 4 is the worst possible). He said even though I've lost all that weight the damage has been done.
Weightloss wise I'm doing fine, I still managed to lose 2 more pounds...
HW 311
SW 295
LW 168
Cw 166
6 more pounds to goal, although i'm thinking to lower it to 150, I'll see how long it takes to lose those 6 pounds first.
Congratulations Stephanie for hitting 160 land !!
Also since I haven't been on the boards in awhile I just wanted to say thanks to all who commented on my photos..... you guys are so kind.
I also want to say CONGRATULATIONS to all of us who have hit our 1 year anniversary and those who are going to hit it by the end of the month. It has been an amazing year for all of us and we should be so proud of all the hard work we have put into losing so much weight.
Hpe everyone has another great week -
Marta
