1 Year For Me !

I wanted to make a quick stop and say Thanks for all the support my January pals have given me. It really has made this experience a lot of fun. I am so happy that I did this and like every one says, "I wish I had done this years ago." I did have some complications. I had the laproscopic procedure and 2 days later they had to do an open procedure. Then I had an infection on top of all that. I still am glad I did this !! I am so healthy now and know this is only a tool and I will still need to work hard for the rest of my life. But I will follow through and NEVER go back !! Good Luck to all who are having their upcoming anniversary. Also to the ones who already have had theirs. We will never forget !! God Bless. Roxanne

Hi Roxanne..isnt it amazing the differance a year makes? Its the best thing Ive ever done for myself.Like you said tho I will still have to work it the rest of my life, and now thats its been a year I can eat more and wanna eat more often, so its getting hard. now the real work begins!
