Monday Morning Weigh In
Hello everyone-
We ended up spending more time in Costa Rica and although wonderful- the fulltime cook and gourmet meals took a toll on me.
I am currently up 6 pounds from my lowest- it is very scary. I have learned I could very easily gain back a lot of weight. I am back on track again- but wow- SCARY!!!
My current BMI is 21.8 at 135 pounds
I was at 20.8 at 129 pounds
I know I could get a lot lower- but have to remind myself that I am pretty normal and that's okay.
I guess this is my welcome to maintenance!!!
Am I the first to gain this much weight back?

Hello everyone!!!
I can't believe we are all a year out or very close (22nd will be a yr for me) I have to go this Wed to get my labs done. I went late for my 9 month and appt (in Dec, bad, bad) but they didn't draw all of the blood that they were supposed to for various tests, so now I have to go back. Which is ok because I'm close to my 1 yr.
I have gained a couple of pounds, which I'm ok with, I am still wearing the same size, but I was starting to get too think in the face and neck. Wish I could pinpoint where I lose. Ya know?
Holly, oh I hear you on gaining the weight. It does come back on easily. I was actually surprised that it comes on much quicker than losing it does. Over the holiday's I ate more carbs and stuff like cheese dip and crackers, bread and spinach dip and I swear to you in a matter of a couple of days I put on 4 lbs. I about died. I got it off but still. You are at a great weight, and I wouldn't fret over a few lbs. I am 123 now and as long as I stay under 125 I will be ok with that. I know that sounds low, but remember I'm a shorty at only 5'2!
Everyone is doing so good. What an amazing year it has been. I am so proud of us!!!

Hi everyone, I am still trying to get closer to doctors goal. I wondered if you all are weighing with your clothes on or off. Just a thought. I have been doing both because I need to get to 145 with the clothes on....Sigh I still might do it.

Lost 3 lbs not too shabby. I'm still doing the daily up and down. Maybe I should stop weighing myself daily but that is how I maintain.
