I finally got up the nerve to post pictures.........

Hi - I finally feel brave enough to post pictures to my profile. I haven't updated my avatar, but will do that soon. My highest weight was 311 and now I'm down to 168, with 8 more pounds to goal. Tuesday is my surgiversary.... on which I'm having knee surgery. What a way to celebrate , but I'm still thankful to have lost 142 pounds. It is amazing how one can look so different in 1 year. I thank Stephanie and her new picture that inspired me to finally post.... Marta

What on earth have you been hiding for??? You are a knock-out!! You have done an amazing job in such a short amount of time...142 pounds in one year is astounding! I'm so glad that you finally decided to show us who you really are...the cats are cute and all, but you're much more worth seeing! You look fantastic, Marta!! I know that spending your one year surgiversary recovering from knee surgery isn't the ideal, but it's just one more step toward a healthier new you. I wish you a speedy recovery...and take those pain pills!! ~Suz

I agree, why were you hiding??? You look as young as your daughters and just as beautiful. I still can't get over your before and after. You are such an inspiration and GORGEOUS!!!!! Good luck with knee surgery and happy surgiversary!!!! You really know how to do it up huh lol!

WOWSERS Martha!! You are HOT!!! I had to figure out which was you and which was your dauthers! You look the same age as they are!! You have done excellent!! I am so glad you finally posted! Thanks everyone for all the great responses......So many people ask my girls if that is there mom or their sister. It's kind of bizarre, being that I'll be 42 next month and the girls are 16 and 15 - but i'll take it Wishing everyone a happy anniversary - and we all have had amazing transformations from a year ago....
