Janie- I did not lose any weight because the implants weigh almost 2 pounds. lol! I should lose about 8 pounds when I do the 360 body lift though. You must have a tiny panice to only lose 3 pounds! 
I put it doesn't feel tiny, though, huh? I bet we have our surgeries close together. Mine is hopefully going to be the last week of March.
