HELP!

Hello :-) I am new to the website and wanted some encouragement and advise on what I am doing wrong. My wls date was 1/30/07 I was 278 pds which was an size 28 but believe me I was ALL belly ! Now I weigh 220 pds, size 16. It's been almost a year i guess i expected more from myself and the whole process. i work out at least 4 times a week. But as I type this, if i just be honest with myself --I know that what I'm eating is the problem. My band isn't as tight as it use to be.. I need to go to the Dr. I'm frustrated and upset with myself. Any suggestions, tips, no no's ANYTHING! I am determined to be an success ummmm I just need some help :afro:

Teresa, I would say a visit to get the band tightened would be the first step. I did not have the band so can't say for sure. I would also say you are going to have to get tough with yourself and go back to basics. Talk to your doctor and ask exactly how much you should be eating. Start measuring what you are eating and keep a log. That way at the end of the day you can see exactly what you are doing wrong. Hope this helps. Oh and drink more water. On days when I feel like I just cannot get full I drink a lot of water. Anna
