Running late so here are my stats: HW 327 SW 322 LW 177.6 CW 172.4 5.2 pounds lost. I did liquids all day yesterday and Saturday and did not get all my water in on yesterday..only got about 40 oz so I am probably dehydrated a bit. So I am not really counting this as a big loss since I gained 2.8 last week and with the dehydration factor. Hopefully next week will be a truer picture of where I am. Hope you guys have a great week!

Hi Stephanie! I rebounded this week in the wrong direction. I am not really sure why either. I know that I am really puffy and retaining water. My fingers look and feel like sausages. Is it possible to have the 3 pounds I gained all in my fingers? lol But truthfully, I am struggling to get my water in on really cold days. I just discovered that my decaf hot tea and decaf starbucks have quite a bit of caffeine in them. And I know with caffeine, i have to drink extra water. Grrr. But on a "nothing is going to bug me this week" note, my oldest son is flying in from the Air Force Academy tomorrow! I will have all my family together! HW 367 the week before surgery SW 357 LW 212 CW 215 Total weight lost: 152 pounds Hugs, Katy

Hey Katy!! I am having a hard time with getting my water in too and I think it makes a differnce in the amount of fluid we retain. I am so happy to hear that your family will all be together once you son gets in!! I know you guys will enjoy your time together! Take care!! Oh, and I think it is very possible to gain the 3 pounds in your fingers!!

Woo Hoo! I am sorry it took a stomach flu but I think that we have setpoints that just are hard to move beyond. I know that I have hit a couple and once I managed to get past them it moved much faster. You will be at goal in no time. Wow. You will probably be there before your surgiversary. Hugs, Katy

Here are my weekly stats: HW: 232 SW: 228 LW: 126 CW: 123 Total loss for the week = 3 Total loss 109 BMI 21.8 Only 3 lbs til doctor's goal. I am really not sure what happened this last week. But I lost a whopping 3 lbs. We even had our holiday luncheon at work and my husband and I went out to dinner with some friends, so I can't say it was because I haven't eaten, except I have had some sort of upper respirtory infection for over a week. So not super hungry, so maybe that is it. I still don't feel this thin and the last few days, I have felt fat. It's a scary feeling to feel this way, but I hope it is short lived. Hugs to everyone, Lindy

Good Morning all! I'm happy to say that I'm doing okay...although eating a bit too much carbs (holiday time) and not working out enough (as I've been getting to work really early and working late every night) ...still I managed to drop a bit more weight. Can't remember when I last logged on (as I've been traveling a lot for business) but here are my current stats: SW:272 CW:164.5 Total weight loss: 107.5 I've decided not to be so hard on myself for the next month and continue to eat my carbs and holiday treats in moderation...also try to ramp up my working out a bit and then come Jan 2, it's back to no or very little carbs for a while. Have a great holiday everyone! I'm leaving to help my dad drive his car to Florida this week so I won't be around next Monday. All the best for a wonderful and low calorie (if possible) Christmas!
