Got To Get Movin'
No help here! I'm in the same position. All I can say is to do what you know is right. Keep away from bad carbs, eat according to your surgeons food plan, drink ALL your water, maybe bump up your protein (I shoot for 80-100g), exercise EVERY day. The weight will come off if we just consistently do what we know is right.
I'm totally talking to myself here. I'm going on two months bouncing around the same 3-5 lbs. It's about time for a drop - but regardless, I need to stay focused.
Press on!!

I'm in the same boat, keep bouncing back & forth a few pounds and I only have 26lbs to reach my goal, it seems so close yet so far. I think my big issue is the exercise, I love it, but trying to get motivated to do it is one thing. I'm hoping to start kickboxing classes with my boyfriend here next month. I hope that helps, having him do it with me will be a real motivator. I think simple is a great thing, I'm trying to keep my meals to a meat item, and a veggie and thats all. Then drink, drink, drink between meals. Lately I've been doing a chicken breast and green beans, or a salmon fillet and green beans. Then tea or Crystal Light between the meals. If I do really feel like I have to snack I will have a Low Carb yogurt or SF pudding.
