In light of my up-coming PS, I had to have my 1 year labs run early. They were great but my iron was a little low. Does anyone take an iron supplement in addition to their multi's, and if so, would you share what kind or brand it is?

I take a prescription iron pill everyday besides my multi vitmamin and b-12. Maybe your dr. can prescribe one for you? I'm not familiar w/ any over the counter iron pills.
Sorry - not much help - but good luck w/ the ps - that must be exciting.

My doc told me to take iron and that it has to be from Ferris Fumerate. The only one I found in the stores is called Ferro-Sequels. I get it at Meijer. I Googled it, and there's lots of places to find it on the web too.
