Fruit
Do you eat it? I've been craving apples lately, but so far the only fruit I've tried is watermelon and cantaloupe.
I'm still sitting at 250 lbs, so no weekly weigh in for me
I have been living in a dorm this semester and had a meal ticket. I only used it once because so much of the stuff in the cafeteria is soul food. There are not a lot of protein sources that aren't fried.
I've decided to move out of the dorm after the semester is over. I need my own kitchen, badly. Between that and the four exercise classes I'm taking next semester, I hope my weight loss picks back up so I can at least lose about 50 more pounds before my honeymoon period is over.
And, there is a lot I could say about excess skin right now... but I won't.
Yes, I love fruit. I eat it all the time. Grapes, apples, pears, peaches, necatarines, oranges, bananas...everything...Yep, I'm getting hungry now just typing it. It's all yummy to me. My lil pouch handles fruit very well. In fact, the only thing I have found that I really can not eat is real potatos...fake mashed pot. are fine, but the real ones or fries make me very ill.
Off to get me some fruit!

Honey Crisp apples are a daily treat for me...sometimes with pb, mostly without. They are soooo yummy, and I didn't even like apples before surgery! I also eat a lot of mixed frozen berries in plain yogurt w/ Splenda and Kashi granola, mandarin oranges or pineapple on cottage cheese, pears w/ a slice of cheddar cheese or a tiny chunk of blue cheese and some All Bran multi grain crackers, and 1/2 of a banana, mandarin orange, or berries blended in a protein shake. I try to make sure that I have paired whatever fruit I eat with some form of protein.
You are more brave than I am...4 exercise classes? Yikes!
