Steoh- I totally hear you on the weight loss on the top first- if my thighs matched my upper body I would have stopped 10 lbs ago... I could graze on snacks all day too- have you tried taking the clementines to work with you- they are the only thing saving me. I don't like oranges but those little things are good- I probly eat 4-5 a day... Holly

Hi Holly: I have not tried that but I am going to put them on my grocery list and try that out. Thanks for the tip!! Are clementines like tangerines???

Here are my weekly stats: HW: 232 SW: 228 LW: 126.4 CW: 126 Total loss for the week = .4 Total loss 106 For a while I was down to 125.8, but went back up. Oh well. can't complain. Too busy to make a long post today. Hugs, Lindy

Steph- Hang in there- it's probly water!!! The triplets had diarrhea and I had a tinge of it and think I'm a little dehydrated- hence the big loss... HW- 250 SW- 241 LW- 133 TW- 129 BMI- 20.8 I'm drinking water and taking cranberry pills cuz I think I'm brewing up a bladder infection...UGH Have a good week!!! Holly

Thanks Holly! Hope you and the kids are are feeling better soon! Bladder infections are the worst! I had my first one last year and I thought I was so not a happy camper!

Hey Steph! It's quiet on here!!! Everyone getting ready for Christmas? I'm about 1/2 way there, well mostly done with the shopping, now the wrapping. I want to be done early this year so that I can enjoy the true meaning of Christmas. The gift buying for this person and that gets old. Ok, off of my soapbox. lol!!! HW 238 SW 225 LW 121 or 122??? CW 120 I am going to stop there, whether or not I think I need to or not. I still look in the mirror and see a chubby person. Of course not like I used to be, morbid obese, just someone who is carrying an extra 20 lbs, but everyone is telling me to stop, so I will trust their judgement. Anyone else have this problem? The scale is telling you one thing, your mind is telling you another? Stephanie, don't get discouraged. We all have gone through cycles like this. It could have nothing to do with what you ate, your body just retains water @ certain times!!

Yes...yes...yes!! I am having the same problem. I get so disappointed if the scale doesn't move, yet I KNOW that I really don't need to lose another pound. Now anorexia makes sense. I just wrote about this on Friday in my blog...it's driving me crazy to see one thing and yet to know that what I see isn't really reality. I am sooo not fat (and neither are you ) but I can't seem to let go of the mentality of losing more. I actually need to eat more and am going to attempt to at least slow the loss waaayyy down if not stop it all together and gain a couple of pounds back. Ugh...did I just put that in writing?? I think if I knew that things under my clothes looked even marginally as well as I look with clothes on, perhaps I wouldn't feel so self conscious. Maybe? Who knows...I might just find something else to fixate on after the spare tire is gone. Maybe we're just doomed to never be satisfied with ourselves.
