Ok, everyone, how did your first week go? Mine was pretty so-so, busy with a lot of running around and not working for 3 days so I didn't get to use the treadmill. I did do pretty good at sticking to eating right, we've been eating a lot of Chinese food lately and I think I'm ok if rice is my biggest issue there. One meal at the restaurant we go to comes out to 3-4 meals for me, so I think that's great. I lost a pound, yay, I'm down to 182 now so I'm a bit happier, I really gotta get a work out in today though which should be no prob, I have a DVD I wanted to try out and it has to be back to the library, so I gotta see what its like. Surprisingly I'm doing great on my fluid intake, I didn't realize I usually drink 6+ cups of tea alone while I'm at work. That's abiout it for me, I just need to continue stickin to eating well and make sure I get some exercise in! Good Luck everyone!

Challenge? What challenge? *whistling like I know nothing* I did horribly!! I swear...I had one goal and I blew it on a daily basis!! I don't think that I got in each and every dose of vitamins for one entire day this week. ...I don't know what my problem is but I vow to do much better this week. Maybe my goal shoudl be to just get in everything for two days in a row and move back up from there? I hope that everyone else has better results to report! ~Suz

Didn't do everything I said I was going to do, but I basically had a pretty good wee****il today. Tomorrow is a brand new day to start out fresh. I didn't lose as much as I had hoped but I didn't gain either.

I hate to admit it, but ... I didn't meet a single part of my goal this week! wow, just wow... Ok there were a few mitigating factors... I live on the Oregon Coast and we just had a huge storm (129 mile an hour winds) that knocked out our power for 3 days... and I lived on *ducks head* Mini Raviolis cuz they didn't need to be heated... yes it sucked :P BUT... the power came back on Wednesday and I still haven't lost an ounce or worked out ... so better next week. Well, the biggest thing I learned is that when you give yourself a challenge...you can expect to be challenged...big time. I have done really well with exercise but had a hard time with water--I never have that hard a time with water. Why now? I am struggling with my eating. It is weird. Either I eat way too little or way too much. I have issues with finding moderation. I have gotten my vitamins in and I have cut back on Starbucks. I am dreading weigh in tomorrow and may skip it--not because of overeating but I had su****onight and my fingers are so swollen that it is hard to type. My feet look like two sizes bigger. How much salt is in that stuff! Grrr. I am sure it wouldn't affect me this much if I was drinking as much water as I have been. Well, I am going to get more water down right now and probably get up and down all night to pee. LOL Hugs to all my Challenge Buddies! Katy B
