Got a craving for some Ice Cream????

Just thought I would share... I found a Ice Cream fudge bar.. that I dont dump on... YAHOO! Its from Schwans Trim Creations section... Cal. 50 Fat 0 Carbs 14 Fiber 5 Sugars 4 Sorbitol 2 Protein 3 Taste like the real thing... Best one Ive found so far... Ice cream and SF ice cream is the only thing I have dumped on until this. Sadly, two of my favorite foods were ice cream and cereal... both of which now make my stomach upset! Maybe I ought to give these a try. I loved fudge bars! Thanks for sharing.

This is the ONLY ice cream that I can tolerate... Usually after two bites Im sick.. I can't even do SF ice cream. I just thought I would share, cause I dont have a problem with these and the #'s are awesome! My husband thinks Im nuts cause in like 2 degrees here in lovely Iowa with 5 inches of snow on the ground. lol Stacey
