ITS A GREAT MONDAY MONRING!!! HW 292 SW 282 LW 164 TW 161 YAHOO.... 3lbs lost!! I havent done that in awhile. I am 1lb from doctors goal and 16lbs from my goal. TOTAL loss 131lbs! Here is the weird thing... I feel like Ive been eating ALOT that last few days, I was kinda scared to step on the scale this morning... Yesterday I sat around the house and ate every 2 hours, I swear! I'm SO excited, I'm doing the happy dance! Stacey

Way to go Stacey!! This seemed to have been a great week for us all!! And I know I ate a lot more last week too. But I upped my protein and got in lots of water...so much that at times I thought I was going to float away! I am going to do the happy dance with you too!!

We are going to stick with our challenge agenda and we will all get to where we want to be! I had had the hardest time getting thru the 180's for some reason too...but I finally got out..So don't be discouraged and keep working your tool!

Stephanie - Look at you rock girl. Wow, a 4.4 loss in one week. You are simply amazing. Here are my weekly stats: HW: 232 SW: 228 LW: 128.8 CW: 126.4 Total loss for the week = 2.8 Total loss 105.6 WOW, I can't believe that I am still having such successful weeks and more than a 2lb loss this far out. Ok, for the fun of it, I did my measurements: Bra - 32 B (borderline a) Waist - 28 Hips - 35 I need to do my legs to, so you guys can see how much heavier I am on the bottom than the top. I can not afford to loose another ounce on the top or I will look like a teenage boy. (Fyi - This is the way it was for me in high school too, very flat, I guess we could say, be careful for what you ask for with this surgery, being think like high school resulted in my having the same old flat chest too, wah). Okay, enought about my wining. I am eating...I promise. I do know that I did a huge amount of cleaning / organizing at my sisters house and mine over the last week. Lots of shopping...walking, etc. So I guess I can attribute it to just keeping busy and not coming home lying around watching TV at night (which is very easy to do). Still not in the gym like I need to be, toning up my flabby areas...yes, even at 126.6, I still have a lot of fat. I have an extremely tiny frame...I was fortunate to be very tiny growing up..and I am starting to feel like I did up until my first year of college, when I put on the "Freshman 15", then it just went up from there until I was about 32, then it skyrocketed. Thanks Lindy!! And you had a great week too!! I feel you on the not wanting to loose any more at the top...my shoulders look retarded when compared to my hips and thighs! So hopefully the weight loss will focus on the bottom half from here on out.
