Surgiversary Date 1/17/08 Goal -19 lbs (current 174, putting me at 155) How will I get there... 1) Increasing my protein ratio to 3:1 over carbs 2) increasing my weekly exercise to at least 4 times a week 3) Making sure I drink atleast 64 oz of water daily 4) Taking all my supplements daily. Oh, yeah... hoping to have TT the first of January, so that should help by about 6-8 pounds! lol! Belle

Thanks again McKenzie, this rocks My goal is to lose 18 lbs before my anniversary on 1/2/08... I would like to go for 30 rofl... but that's an unlikely goal :P I am going to work the steps from the beginning on with my Hubby (he had RNY 11/27), walk at least 1.5 miles on the treadmill 4 days a week, and do a new yoga program I got at least 2 days. Back to low/no carbs for the duration (during full liquids hard to get carbs anyway hehe). Additionally, I am going to post every Monday (minimum) for Monday weigh-ins. Let's go people! woohoo Michele

Thanks everyone who signed up, I haven't seen any loss yet, but I have definitely been accountable for the foods I've eaten now that I'm really tracking them. I was worried before about my water intake, but now that I'm really keep track of it I don't think I need to, I'm getting about double what I should anyways, so that's not a prob, it's that evil sugar and carbs, eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeew. I'm game!!! I have an appointment at the YMCA tomorrow, to get my membership back with them. My goal is to finally drop the 8 pounds I have been struggling with to put me at 140.! ! ! Laura

My goal: My doctors goal is 201 lbs(75% of my excess weight). Which would be 161 lbs loss. In the beginning, I thought this man must be crazy. Now that I am only 18 lbs from his goal. My goal is 199. That means I plan on losing 20 lbs by January 17, 2008. That is about 6 weeks away. That is a little over 3 lbs a week. I also would like to wear a size 14 pant. A size 12 would be mind blowing. I wear a size 16 now and that is unbelievable at times. To reach my goal I plan to: Exercise 4-6 times a week Increase my protein intake Decrease my carb intake Continue to drink my 80 oz of water per day Continue to take all my vitamins Stop drinking and eating at the same time(this one will be the hardest of them all)
