Hey Sharon, half a bag does not fill up my pouch at all!! ...when I eat the protein pretzels or the protein chips...I am usually eating them with something else like when I have chili and I want crackers..I will have a serving of protein chips instead of crackers ...one oz of nothing is going to fill up my pouch either! My pouch can probably hold about 8 oz of food before I am full, so you cant eat alot more than I do!! And you are not alone there. But I try to not eat that much on most days. I have not been a binge eater yet...but my head hunger and physcial hunger has returned with a vengence and I don't know what to do about it other than making sure I eat my meals at regular intervals and not allow myself to get so hungry and to also eat foods that are high in protien. Dont get discouraged....Most of us feel that as long as you have foods in moderation its ok..so if you want chips..have them..but have only a serving and have it with your regular meal so that you are full and you had the taste of the chips. Does that make sense? We are all in this together so dont beat your self up about this. Some days I look at the amounts I can eat and I am like wowsers! Did I just eat all of that? Hi Sharon - I just saw Gio and he said that we should be able to eat 8 - 10 oz of food at a time by now. So depending on the food that could be alot of food. I usually eat my pretzels w/ a cheese stick and I get fuller alot faster that if I ate just the pretzels. If eat carbs ( chips, pretzels, crackers - junk..... ) I always try to counter balance w/ some type of protein and then I eat less. Your doing great....being aware of your binging is 1/2 the battle. HW: 232 SW: 228 LW: 130 CW: 128.8 Finally in the 120's. I weighed in on Saturday @ 127.6...then this morning I was back up to 128.8....a total loss of 1.2 for the week. I guess I can't really complain. I snacked like crazy yesterday, not sure why, but I ate rather healthy the rest of the week. Ok, back to the basics, here I come. I did have a wow moment of buying size 2 and 4 pants. I can honestly say I don't think I have been this size since I started college or perhaps in High School. So, I am feeling pretty good. I am finally down to the same size as two of my best friends. Now hopefully I can borrow some of their clothes. Heee heee!!! Good luck this week to all of those who need it. I just have 8.8 more lbs to loose before getting PG. We probably will not be in an IVF cycle until late January, that means I need to loose at least 1 lb a wee****il then. I hope I can get there. I need to go work out bad, so I need prayers to get motivated to get back in the Gym. I just hate cold weather and it de-motivates me from doing anything that is up and about moving my joints. Hey Lindy!! Prayers going up about you getting remotivated to workout!! Will definitely reach your goal weight loss by January!! Keep up the good work. And speaking of working out...I guess I better get in gear and head to the gym now..I have not worked out since Wednesday. Talk to soon.

Lindy, good luck with getting back to the gym. I know that if I had to workout at the gym I would hardly make it. Especially like you said, the cold weather makes it hard. You just wanna stay in where it's nice and warm, at least I do. I am praying for your IVF cycle. ((((((((hugs))))))))))

Hi Everyone - It's been awhile since I've been on as well..... I was getting down on myself for not losing as much as others. I know we are not supposed to compare, but it human nature after all..... I can't complain about my loss, I'm still losing, just slower. My # - HW - 311 SW - 295 A few weeks ago - 180 CW - 175 I had my 10 month visit and Doc said I was doing great and not to focus on the #'s, I have already lost most of my weight and we can continue to lose for up to 2years after surgery. I have 15 pounds to my goal of 160, and if I lose more that is great too. I have a small set back - I might need to have knee surgery. I was doing kick boxing and threw out my knee..... figures just as I was starting to excercise regularly. I had my mri and now waiting for results. anyway - I'm happy that we are still on a roll and reaching #'s that seemed impossible b/4 we had this surgery. Keep up the great work everyone. Marta

Hey Martha: Sorry to hear about you knee and please let us know if you are going to have surgery. And my weight loss have gotten much slower too...so you are not alone...I do almost a 1/2 a pound each week if that much....so don't be discouraged and keep on doing what you are doing!! Fifteen pounds to goal is awesome!!

still stephanie, you didn't gain AND you are in teh 170's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are and have done great!! HW 238 SW 225 LW 122 CW 122 GUess I'm maintaining now! I'm see a PS on Friday, not that I have $$ for PS. lol!
