I would check with your doctor.. cause my doctor ask me if I ever had pain before friday and I told him not a 1/4 as bad and I thought it was just gas. I pray you yours is gas!! I wouldnt wish this on my worse enemy. Thanks for the thoughts and prayers. Stacey

I am so glad your doctor was able to find the problem and take care it before it got any worse!! I am also very happy that you are home recovering! You know that wieght is the fluid from the IV and it will be gone before you know it!! Keep the heating pad and pain meds close by and get well soon and dont forget to get plently of !! Stephanie

Stacey, Glad to hear you are home safe and sound. That ER doc needs to be slapped, hard though. I'm very sorry to hear you were in such distress, and open surgery just plan sucks. Hope you are feeling better soon. That's also very interesting about the stone in your common bile duct. I didn't know that was possible either... good to know. Take care of yourself and rest rest rest! Oh, and stay away from that scale for a few weeks lol... you are bound to be bloated from the hospital. Michele

Bless your heart! I am so sorry you had to go through this. I havent had any gall bladdr related problems, but Ive had a kidney stone for 2 months now that wont pass, so theyre suppose to go in and remove it. I dread it really bad!! Try to take it easy and dont do too much too fast! Hope u feel better soon. Mary
