Hey everyone!!!!! I think my body wants to stay @ 122!! HW 238 SW 225 LW 122 current 122 sounds like we are all feeling the same thing, that we can eat more!!!!! I know I feel like snacking more. Usually eating grapes will help that craving though! Now tha****ermelon isn't in season, grapes are my new fav!! WOOOHOOOO Steph, great weight!!!!!

What a beautiful new avatar, Janie! I am with you on snacking on fruit...lately I have been addicted to apples. I hated them before surgery, now I can't get enough! I love Honey Crisp apples...I think I am going to buy more today!!

Thanks Janie! I am getting the blahs...my last two week posts have been less than a pound and I am so not happy about it...But I know i have not been getting my water in like I should and I have still been steering clear of the "bad" carbs but I am stallling stalling stalling. I even started to jog a little on the treadmill..so I dont know what to do. I will not give up and will continue to work out and try and make good food choices and hopefully the scales will begin to go down again soon! Thanks for the encouragement!

awwww thank you Lindy. It feels so funny to be called "little" and "tiny" because I honestly don't see or feel littly. You are doing amazing and I know you feel it too!!!!!

Good afternoon everyone. I gained a pound this week but I am not going to be too hard on myself because my eating is so much better than it was the past few months and I am binging so much less. I have been on antibiotics for a week now so that may be the reason for my gain. But it is infuriating that my body has been in the low 170s for 4 months now and I want so badly to see the 169s. That's a great attitude, Sharon! As long as you know that you are making changes for the better, it will add up and start moving that scale in the direction you want!!

Yeah, Steph....the 170's! And a pound is a pound...they all add up the same! What is your goal weight?

Hi Suz: My goal weight is 140, that will give me a normal bmi. So I have about 43 more to go. And it is inching along, very slowly right now but surely. I will take a 1/2 pound loss over a gain any day!! lol
