sounds like we are all feeling the same thing, that we can eat more!!!!! I know I feel like snacking more. Usually eating grapes will help that craving though! Now tha****ermelon isn't in season, grapes are my new fav!!

Thanks Janie! I am getting the blahs...my last two week posts have been less than a pound and I am so not happy about it...But I know i have not been getting my water in like I should and I have still been steering clear of the "bad" carbs but I am stallling stalling stalling. I even started to jog a little on the treadmill..so I dont know what to do. I will not give up and will continue to work out and try and make good food choices and hopefully the scales will begin to go down again soon! Thanks for the encouragement!
Good afternoon everyone. I gained a pound this week but I am not going to be too hard on myself because my eating is so much better than it was the past few months and I am binging so much less.
I have been on antibiotics for a week now so that may be the reason for my gain. But it is infuriating that my body has been in the low 170s for 4 months now and I want so badly to see the 169s. Maybe next week!!
