Monday Morning Weigh In
Good Morning Ladies! Hope everyone had a wonderful week last week. My eating was back on track last week and I found it was hormone related! Once my cycle started I was so not tempted to eat any of that candy laying around or to munch munch munch even after I had eaten. I felt so much better when I realized it was due to crazy hormones.
I had my 9 month post op check on Thursday and because my appointment is in the morning, his weigh in is 4 pounds lighter than mine. So on Thursday morning I was 179!! Woohoo! But when I weighed in last night (with my clothes on) I was 182.8. So my weight loss for this week was 0.8 pounds. The last two weeks my weight loss has been really slow but at least it is not a gain. Even though the numbers I post are from my night weigh in, I still also weigh in the morning and my scale this morning said 172.8 so I am still on track with my surgeons scale.
Anyway...here are my stats:
HW 327
SW 322
LW 183.6 (on last Sunday Night)
Doctor's Scale on Thursday morning 179
CW 182.8 (on Sunday Night)
CW (this morning) 179.2
Loss this week 0.8 I will take it! Any loss is better than a gain.
A pound is a pound! (although I always weigh MORE than at my doctor's!)
I think I was 177 last wekk and I am 176 this morning... I don't know for sure though because I bounced between 176 and 179 this week. Oh well!
The BIG deal though is that one morning this week when I was at 177 it dawned on me that I have lost 150 pounds from my highest! Woohoo!
Two weeks and counting until my PS consult!
