Just 10lbs away

Hey everyone just thought I would check in and share with you my excitement!! I am only 10 lbs away from my docs goal and still have 2 months to lose that so am pretty comfident I can do it. Wow I haven't been 145 for about 22 years. Even though I am fighting a round of bronchitis for the most part feel pretty healthy. Life is just really great don't you agree. Sorry I haven't posted much lately, I've just been so busy with life in general and enjoying every aspect of it with the exception of the bronchitis....lol. I think we all have done fantastic and really deserve kudos for hanging in there during the tough times and doing so well over all. Hugs Anna

Hey I have a wow moment...lol. I just decided to go through the closet and I have been wearing a size 16 which I think ran on the small side. I found a pair of 12s and tried them on....wow wow wow they fit!!!! How exciting is that. Anna

WoooHooo, Anna!! Two great moments so close together...you must feel fantastic!! I have every confidence that you'll get that 10 pounds off in 8 weeks, no problem! You're doc is going to be super pleased with your progress. And, congrats on the size 12's. Keep up the great work!! ~Suz
