I am OVERWEIGHT!!!!!

I calculated my bmi this morning and it is 29.7~~~ which means I am overweight and not obese!! I never thought I would be so excited to say I am overweight!!! WOOHOO! All praises to God for the many blessings He continuously sends my way!!

Woohoo! Yeah for you...just think, next comes normal and at your wonderful rate of loss you will be there before you know it. Great job..and thanks for keeping this January board motivated! Hugs, Lindy
