Ok, so per the surgeon, DR. Rupp, this does not happen very often, however usually when it happens, it happens to people that have had the RNY LAP, however I had the RNY OPEN, so it is even more uncommon for me to have this. As for happening again, there is no telling. Dr. Rupp, said that I have more than normal scar tissue. Says everyone heals differently. Just have to watch for the signs and go in the hospital ASAP, if the pains happen again. Thanks for everyone's blessing.

Hi everyone, I am back after a long 3 month absence where I had totally fallen off the wagon. I would like to thank everyone who answered my post and reached out to support me. I have been back on track now for a week and although I only lost a pound, at least it has started going in the right direction again. It is great to see how well everyone is doing. I have some chatching up to do with all you guys, but I am ready now. Take care, Sharon HW 240 SW 230 LW 172 CW 171

Sharon!!!!! So happy to see you posting. A lb is a lb and you are going in the right direction. Don't worry about catching up either, everyone loses at a diff. pace. Really, you are 171 lbs and that is great!!!!!!!!
