CONGRATULATIONS SUZ !!!!!! Goal - wow that is so great, you have every right to boast and be proud and shout it to the world. You are so right that this surgery has given us a new chance on life, I'm grateful for everything that I have been able to do since january as well. Keep being an inspiration to all of us and revel in your accomplishment - I wonder if I'll ever get to feel like you do today.... but i'm really hopeful. Marta

Marta...as long as you are hopeful and keep sticking (as much as humanly possible ) to the rules of the pouch...you will always be successful!! I look forward to the day when we all get to congratulate you on reaching goal!

Suzanne: I just wanted to give you a great big congrats on reaching goal! Fantastic job girl and you definitely shouldn't be ashamed of tooting your own horn. I can hardly wait to get to my goal as well. I've been setting mini-goals and so far so good. I have 21 more pounds to go to my next goal of 155. I hope to be there by christmas. Then I'll see where it takes me from there. In 9 months I've lost 127 pounds and can't be happier. So even if I stay where I am I'm happy about making this choice in my life. Thanks for your inspiration it helps all of us! Happy Hallowe'en Debbie 303/176/155

Thanks so much, Debbie...and you will be at that goal of 155 in no time. The time really does go by so quickly...you will be amazed to wake up one morning soon(before Christmas ) and see 155 or less. And, in the meantime...a magical Happy Hallowe'en to you, as well!
