Monday Morning Weigh Ins
After staying the same for a month now I couldn't wait to get on here and post- funny how a little loss gets me so excited!!!

LW 138
TW 136
BMI- 21.9
OKAY- here's my theory- I ate more, lifted weights less and just walked instead of aerobics... I think I had been victim to the not eating enough catagory. It's hard to take into account the amount of calories we burn in an hour long tough workout- I guess my body needs extra calories for that- but that puts me over Dr recommended total calories... so we'll see what next week brings...

My goal is 145lbs (will I ever make it??)... doctors goal is 160lbs. I so wanted to be 169lbs this morning... LOL I didnt even weigh for two days hoping for a surprise... ERRR.. (I usually weigh everyday). Oh well 170lb is a hec of lot better than 292lb....
I'll be doing a happy dance next week if I get below 170...I need to up my food intake, cause Ive upted my exercise.... I think that''s part of my weight loss slowdown. Plus you always hear that your last 20lbs is the hardest.
