Ever since my Seattle trip at the end of Sept I haven't been doing my daily exercise routine. I was sick this week, and leave for Ohio on Sunday, get back thursday and leave for Texas the following week. Im in desperate need of some prayers, as I am finding this all to be a bit too much for me and my routine. Im so close to being under 200 (about 15 pounds) and I want to see the scale go backwards, not forwards. Please send prayers for me that I not get so side tracked and get back to moving. Thanks in advance, Moni

Moni- Prayers coming!!! You'll do it. Try to prioritize- especially with your schedule. Remember exercise can be split up into 10 minute intervals and it doesn't have to be traditional exercise- up your walking or stairs... Hang in there- you can do it!!!! Holly

Hey Moni - prayers coming your way. You have done so well and will continue to do well!!! Do like Holly said and exercise for 10 minutes 2-3 times a day. You will continue to move backwards!!!! Take care!

Monica, My thoughts and positive energy are coming your way Keep the faith, and remember, even getting a few days a week of exercise is better than none at all, so don't beat yourself up. Learning to live a "normal" life and incorporate this giant life change isn't easy, chin up! Michele

Sending prayrs up on your behalf!! In the past when I traveled with work, I tried to get hotels that had a fitness center in them and would work out in the morning before work or at night before bed. It is so easy to get out of routines but once you get back into it, it gets easier day by day. Those 15 pounds will be gone before you know it! You have had such amazing results and I know you are proud of your accomplishments! I am proud of you! So keep up the good work and get to moving!!

Prayers and good thoughts coming your way Monica. I know it is very difficult with your schedule. Here is what I would do. Find a few minutes to take a walk and call it a day. I had a busy week here too and found I only got to go workout 1 day this week. I lost weight this week too...go figure. The trick is to know it is probably the change in my schedule that kicked it into gear. So I know I have to continue my routine if I want to keep losing. I am trying desperately to have as little hanging skin as possible. Hopefully just my torso will need PS. Keep on keepen on girlfriend you will get there. Don't get discouraged. Anna
