B- Body fortress whey powder 110 cal 23g protein
Nestle carb selsct hot chocolate 25 1
Milk FF LF 90 9
L- Honey ham sliced lunchmeat 100 18
Apple 110 1
S- Pear 121 1
Skipppy natural 180 7
D- Chicken grilled kabobs 267 38
Rice 169 4
S- garden harvest chips 120 2
I was terrible eating rice I know we're not supposed to have it- but i love it with the kabobs. I forgot my vitamin and didn't get enough water.

Heres what I had .. I have been trying harder to eat regularly. I feel like I am eating way too much though ...
B: Oatmeal with splenda cinnamon cafe stick and raisins
L: 1/2 chicken cesar wrap sandwich from port o subs
S: trail mix - SF cinnamon dolce latte
D: spagehtti squash with marinara & mozzarella
S: SF cheesecake pudding

Didnt keep track on fitday.. But here it goes.
B- 1 waffle with SF surup
S- deviled egg
L- roast (2--3oz). potatos (not much of this) and carrots
s- Splenda/ peanut butter no bake cookie
S- 1/2 tuna/egg sandwich, about 10 cheetos
s- 100 cal mini popcorn...
Took all my vitamins... drank most of my water and worked out!!
Not a bad day!
